ACP benefits may be obtained from any participating provider of your choosing and your monthly service benefit may be transferred to another provider subject to regulatory restrictions. An eligible household is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount. The ACP monthly service and device discounts are cannot be transferred to other individuals or households. The ACP is a government benefit program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that provides discounts on monthly broadband internet access service and a one-time discount certain connected devices. Broadband Page - Lifeline program participants are eligible to participate in the new federal government funded Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). ACP eligibility will be determined for the FCC by Universal Service Administrative Company’s National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database, or an alternative verification process approved by the FCC.
